FM heads to Brussels for NATO meeting

Foreign Minister George Gerapetritis heads to Brussels on Wednesday to attend the two-day Meeting of NATO Ministers of Foreign Affairs to discuss the war in Ukraine and security in the wider region ahead of the Alliance summit in Washington on July 9-11.

The two-day meeting will also include the NATO-Ukraine Council, in the presence of the foreign minister of Ukraine, Dmytro Kuleba.

Foreign minister says Greece fully supports humanitarian corridor for Gaza

Fast-track visa for Greek islands to start March 30

A recent meeting of Turkish and Greek deputy foreign ministers in Ankara aimed to reinforce the positive momentum in their diplomatic relations, according to a joint statement issued following the discussions.

Leading the Turkish delegation was Burak Akçapar, while his Greek counterpart, Alexandra Papadopoulou, headed the Greek team.

Greece eyes role as India-EU gateway, FM says

Greece hopes to become an integral part of the India-Middle East-Europe Economic Corridor (IMEC) and to be India's gateway to the European Union, Foreign Minister George Gerapetritis said on Tuesday, at the 2nd CII India Europe Business and Sustainability Conclave in New Delhi, the Foreign Ministry in Athens said.
