Terrorist suspects returned to pre-trial custody after answering to new charges
Convicted urban guerrilla Costas Sakkas and bank robber Marios Seisidis returned to pre-trial custody on Monday after testifying before an investigating magistrate on charges of belonging to the Revolutionary Struggle terrorist group.
After their testimonies, the two suspects were returned to prison where they are in pre-trial custody in connection with other charges.

Acting on an order issued by a public prosecutor, the Greek police on Thursday released recent photographs and the details of 36-year-old terror suspect Giorgos Petrakakos, as well as his partner and one of his two accomplices from Agia Paraskevi in Athens.

Jailed terrorist was preparing bomb, police say
Nikos Maziotis, the leader of the Revolutionary Struggle urban guerrilla group who was arrested earlier this year, was planning another bomb attack when officers seized him after shots were fired in the busy Monastiraki area of Athens, police sources have told Kathimerini.

Police raid apartment used by Maziotis aide

Maziotis refuses to answer to magistrate
The leader of Greek terror group Revolutionary Struggle, Nikos Maziotis, who has been in detention since last Wednesday following a shootout with police in central Athens, on Monday refused to answer the questions of an investigating magistrate, choosing instead to send a political message.
