Belgrade was unaware of Radoicic's actions - lawyer
BELGRADE - Srpska lista deputy leader Milan Radoicic on Friday tendered his irrevocable resignation from his post, his lawyer Goran Petronijevic announced at a press conference, adding that Belgrade had been unaware of Radoicic's actions prior to last weekend's deadly clashes in Banjska, a village in the north of Kosovo-Metohija.
Radovan Karadzic Transferred to Britain to Serve Jail Sentence
Radovan Karadzic was transferred from the UN Detention Unit in Scheveningen in The Hague to Britain on Wednesday, the former Bosnian Serb president's lawyer Goran Petronijevic told Bosnian media.
Petronijevic added that he had talked to Karadzic briefly on Wednesday when he landed in London, but has no further information on his whereabouts.
Serbian General Denies Montenegro Putsch Charges
A former top general in Serbia's elite Gendarmerie unit, Bratislav Dikic, on Wednesday denied having backed an alleged coup plot in Montenegro during the elections in the republic last October.
Dikic told the court in Podgorica at the pre-trial session that he was a victim of the "fabricated charges" of the Montenegrin Special Prosecution.

"Second-instance Karadzic ruling expected in 3 years"
Hague Tribunal (ICTY) Appeals Chamber's second-instance ruling in the Radovan Karadzic case can be realistically expected in no less than three years.
This is according to Karadzic's lawyer Goran Petronijevic.
