US: İncirlik invaluable for anti-ISIL fight
Turkey's İncirlik Air Base, which is one of the main hubs for the U.S.-led coalition against the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL), has been "absolutely invaluable" in the anti-ISIL campaign, the coalition said on Jan. 4, while Turkey has once again questioned the use of the air base.

First convoy of patients starts to leave east Aleppo
The first convoy of people requiring medical attention started to leave rebel-held east Aleppo, private broadcaster CNN Türk has reported.
The convoy began a journey which will take patients through government territory into the rebel-held western Aleppo countryside as agreed in an evacuation deal this week.
