Abu Hamza May Sue Bosnia Over Years in Detention
The Syrian citizen Imad Al-Husin better known as Abu Hamza on Thursday told the TV network Aljazeera Balkans that he may file a lawsuit against the Bosnian authorities for keeping him for more than seven years in detention, on suspicion that he represented a threat to national security.
"I challenge the Bosnian authorities to hold a fair trial," Al-Husin told Aljazeera.

Bosnia Ends Abu Hamza's Seven-Year Ordeal
Imad Al-Husin, a Syrian citizen better known as Abu Hamza, was released on Thursday after having been held without trial for more than seven years in the immigration centre of Lukavica, on the periphery of Sarajevo.
"Our father has just returned home after more than seven years," one of his daughters, Nudzejma Softic, wrote on Thursday on Facebook.

Bosnia Could Release Abu Hamza in February
Imad al-Husin, better known as Abu Hamza, who has been detained without trial at the Lukavica immigration centre of under suspicion of representing a threat to Bosnian national security, will be soon released, his lawyer said on Thursday.
"Abu Hamza could be released in February," Nedim Kulenovic, the lawyer from the NGO Vasa Prava, which is representing al-Husin, told BIRN.
