Jasmin Keserovic

Bosnia's top court has found Jasmin Keserovic guilty of having travelled to Syria in January 2013, fought for ISIS and taken part in terrorist activities under the name Abu Muhamed Al Bosni.

On Thursday, The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina also found Keserovic guilty on the second count of having published an incitement to murder on the internet in 2016.

Members of Bosnia's State Investigation and Protection Agency, SIPA, arrested suspected former ISIS fighters in Syria after they landed at Sarajevo airport on Thursday night.

Boris Grubesic, from the State Prosecutor's Office, said the men are suspected of the crime of organising or joining terrorist groups,

Nine members of the terrorist organisation, the so-called Islamic State, ISIS, who have been on the Syrian front in the past, will soon be deported from US or Kurdish-run camps in northern Syria to Bosnia and Herzegovina, the country's Minister of Security, Dragan Mektic, confirmed to BIRN.
