Prosecution asks court to order Seselj to return

THE HAGUE -- The Hague Prosecution has asked the Trial Chamber of the Hague Tribunal (ICTY) to order war crimes indictee Vojislav Seselj to return to the detention unit.

He was last month granted provisional release on medical grounds.

Hague Tribunal "trying to find way out for itself"

BELGRADE -- Rasim Ljajić says that by releasing Vojislav Šešelj, the Hague Tribunal is trying to find a way out of the situation it created with the unduly long trial.
