Senior US official Hoyt Brian Yee will be the new US ambassador to FYROM (Macedonia), the US State Department has confirmed for Jazeera.
He will replace Jess Baily, who was appointed as US ambassador in Skopje in December 2014.

FYROM and the fight against terrorism
We must be open as to why 150 citizens of FYROM joined ISIS in Syria and Iraq. This was declared by the US ambassador to Skopje, Jess Baily, in front of foreign security experts, who, in the next three days, will discuss issues of terrorism and violent extremism.
