Armenian PM says peace with Azerbaijan 'within reach'

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has said that peace with Azerbaijan was "within reach," appealing to his neighbor to sign a treaty to turn the page on decades of conflict.

"Today I want to say that peace between Armenia and Azerbaijan not only is possible, but is within reach," Pashinyan said in an address to the United Nations General Assembly on Sept. 25.

Dacic, Bayramov discuss strategic partnership between Serbia, Azerbaijan

BELGRADE - Serbian First Deputy PM and FM Ivica Dacic spoke by phone with Azerbaijani FM Jeyhun Bayramov about the strategic partnership between Serbia and Azerbaijan.

The topics addressed in the conversation included cooperation at multilateral level, the Serbian MFA said in a post on the social media network X.

FM says South Caucasus has potential for 'common prosperity'

Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan has expressed optimism about the prospects of the South Caucasus becoming a "shared area of prosperity" for Türkiye, Azerbaijan and Georgia.

Fidan's remarks came during a joint press conference with his counterparts following the ninth tripartite meeting of foreign ministers held in Baku.

Brnabic: Relations with Azerbaijan at historical high point

BELGRADE - Serbian PM Ana Brnabic met with Azerbaijani FM Jeyhun Bayramov in Belgrade on Tuesday.

Brnabic noted that overall Serbia-Azerbaijan relations were at a historical high point and added that this was best testified by the two presidential visits exchanged last year within a period of just one month.
