The Vote in Sofia: 19 Districts Won by WCC-DB, 3 Remain for GERB-SDS
The 21 Sofia districts elected their mayors in the second round of the local elections.
Only "Sredets" and "Triaditsa" chose them in the first round last Sunday.
Already 99.78% of the sectional protocols have been submitted to the Regional Electoral Commission, and this is what the data from them show:

Postponed Junior Eurovision Opening Ceremony Due on November 17
The postponed Opening Ceremony of Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2015 will take place this Tuesday in Bulgaria's capital Sofia, after having been postponed over the Paris attacks of last week.
The event will be held at the Bulgarian National Palace of Culture (NDK) in Sofia at 19:30 (local time).
