Legendary English comedic actor, screenwriter and producer John Cleese will be visiting Athens to perform at the Odeon of Herod Atticus. His performance, called "Last Time to See Me Before I Die," is part of his ongoing European tour.

And now for something completely different: The Culture Ministry and the Central Archaeological Council have just announced that renowned British comedian John Cleese will be performing at the Herod Atticus Theater later this year.

The 23rd edition of the annual Sarajevo Film Festival opens on Friday, August 11, with a screening of Aki Kaurismaki's latest film The Other Side of Hope at the National Theatre and the Raiffeisen Open Air Cinema in the Bosnian capital of Sarajevo.

British comedian Terry Jones will attend this year's Sofia International Film Festival, starting March 5 in Bulgaria's capital Sofia.

Over the course of the past 19 years, the audience of the festival has had the opportunity to get to know better not only the Monty Python movies, but also the creative teams behind the scenes.
