Kecmanovic overcomes Struff to reach Aussie Open third round
MELBOURNE - Serbian tennis player Miomir Kecmanovic is through to the Australian Open third round after a 6-4, 1-6, 7-6 (7-5), 1-6, 7-6 (11-9) victory over German Jan-Lennard Struff in Melbourne on Thursday.
Kecmanovic, who won after three hours and 21 minutes of play, is now 1-2 head-to-head against Struff.

Serbia's Kecmanovic through to Australian Open second round
MELBOURNE - Serbian tennis player Miomir Kecmanovic is through to the Australian Open second round after a 4-6, 7-5, 6-3, 6-4 victory over Japanese Yosuke Watanuki in Melbourne on Monday.
World number 60 Kecmanovic won after two hours and 37 minutes of play.
Watanuki is placed 102nd in the ATP rankings.
Kecmanovic will next face German Jan-Lennard Struff.
Lajovic knocked out of Madrid Masters
MADRID - Serbian tennis player Dusan Lajovic is out of the Madrid Masters after a 6-7, 6-3, 6-3 defeat to Germany's Jan-Lennard Struff in the third round of the tournament on Monday.
Struff won after two hours and 13 minutes of play.
The prize money in Madrid is 7,705,780 euros.

Wimbledon starts: Five Serbs on court today
The competition at Wimbledon starts on Monday, and the matches of the first round, among others, will be played by five Serbian tennis players, including the defending champion Novak Djokovic.
Three-time Wimbledon winner Djokovic is playing against Soonwoo Kwon from South Korea in the first round.

Djokovic routinely reached the eighth finals
After Hugo Dellien in the first round, Djokovic defeated German tennis player Jan-Lennard Struff in the second round - 6: 4, 6: 3.
The match of the second round at the tennis tournament in Tokyo lasted an hour and 15 minutes.

Turkish resort town to host world tennis stars
The Antalya Open, the first Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP) tournament of 2021 to be held in the Mediterranean province of Antalya, will start on Jan. 5 and will continue until Jan. 13.
World No. 10 Matteo Berrettini will lead three top 20 players at the event, one of two tournaments set to take place in week 1 of the 2021 ATP Tour calendar.
