Former FinMin G. Hardouvelis accounts put under microscope
Former finance minister Gikas Hardouvelis of the conservative New Democracy party is the latest in a line of Greek lawmakers being examined by the parliamentary committee responsible for auditing MPs’ wealth declarations. His wealth statement has been refered to Justice for further examination, parliamentary sources said on Tuesday.

Greece's IMF representative to step down
Greece's representative to the IMF, Thanos Catsambas, will step down from his position in June, Kathimerini understands.
Catsambas, a former IMF official between 1979-2010, was appointed IMF representative in 2012 during the tenure of technocrat prime minister Lucas Papademos.
