Ptuj – The city of Ptuj will host the 25th Days of Poetry and Wine from 24 to 28 August. Czech and Portuguese poets Petr Borkovec and Ana Luisa Amaral will be the guests of honour and the Open Letter to Europe will be written and read by German poet Durs Grünbein.

The Athens Concert Hall is hosting the Third Athens World Poetry Festival in its garden, starting on Monday, September 18, with presentations of work by Ali Calderon, Kyriakos Charalambides, Dimitra Christodoulou, Zefi Daraki, Milovan Marcetic, Eleni Marinaki, Boris A.

The 3rd Athens International Poetry Festival will kick off next Monday, September 18 at the Athens Music Concert Gardens. 70 poets from 16 countries will participate in the event, which is scheduled to start at 8pm and the entrance is free for the public.
