EU, Ukraine, Russia Agree on October-March Gas Supplies
Three-way talks involving the EU, Russia and Ukraine have ended with an agreement on the terms of gas supplies between October this year and March 2016, the EU Commission has said.
Turkish energy minister goes to Azerbaijan to discuss gas issues
Turkish Energy Minister Taner Y?ld?z will be in Baku today to attend the "Turkey-Azerbaijan Southern Gas Corridor Advisory Council Meeting."
According to data from the ministry, the meeting will begin on Feb. 12 with opening remarks by Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev and European Commission Vice-President Maro? ?ef?ovi?.
Sofia Hosts Energy Diversification Talks
High-level negotiations on the possibility of building a gas hub in Bulgaria will be held on Monday, part of a initiative organized by Bulgarian PM Boiko Borisov. EU Commission Vice-President Maro? ?ef?ovi?, and European Commissioner for Climate Action and Energy Miguel Arias Cañete are expected to take part in the discussions to be held in Boyana.

Bulgaria to Host EU 'Secretive Ministerial Meeting' on Energy Next Week
The EU's energy ministers are to meet in Bulgaria's capital Sofia on February 9 for a meeting run by Commission Vice-President Maro? ?ef?ovi?, media reports suggest.
Only EU member states will be part of the meeting though a recreation of the energy landscape in Southeast Europe in general will apparently be on the agenda, according to Brussels-based website EurActiv.
