Djokovic to face Australia's Ebden in first round of Olympic tournament
PARIS - Serbian tennis player Novak Djokovic was on Thursday drawn to play Australian Matthew Ebden in the first round of the Olympic tournament.
The draw ceremony was held in Paris.
If he advances to the second round, Djokovic will face Spaniard Rafael Nadal or Hungarian Marton Fucsovics.
Tsitsipas eases into French Open second round
Former runner-up Stefanos Tsitsipas kicked off his French Open campaign with a no-nonsense 7-6 (9-7) 6-4 6-1 victory over Hungarian journeyman Marton Fucsovics on Monday.
The ninth-seeded Greek, who won the Monte Carlos Masters this year, showed his range of qualities on clay to set up a second-round meeting with German Daniel Altmaier.

Djokovic beats Fucsovics to advance to Roland Garros third round
PARIS - Serbia's top-ranked tennis player Novak Djokovic is through to the Roland Garros third round after defeating Hungarian Marton Fucsovics 7-6 (7-2), 6-0, 6-3 on Wednesday evening.
He will next face Spaniard Alejandro Davidovich Fokina, who beat Frenchman Luca Van Assche 6-4, 7-3, 7-6 (8-6) in the second round.
The prize money at Roland Garros is 49,600,000 euros.
Tsitsipas, Alcaraz soar at French Open, Djokovic row simmers

PARIS - Serbian tennis player Miomir Kecmanovic is out of the Roland Garros after losing 5-7, 2-6, 7-6 (10-8), 7-6 (7-3), 7-6 (11-9) to Italian Andrea Vavasori in the first round on Tuesday.
Vavasori won after five hours and ten minutes of play.
Kecmanovic wasted five match points in the thrilling encounter.
Djokovic defeats Kovacevic in Roland Garros opener
PARIS - Serbia's top-ranked tennis player Novak Djokovic is through to the Roland Garros second round after defeating American Aleksandar Kovacevic 6-3, 6-2, 7-6 (7-1) on Monday.
World number three Djokovic won after two hours and 29 minutes of play.
Kovacevic is placed 114th in the ATP rankings.

Djokovic advances to Rome Masters fourth round
ROME - Serbian tennis star Novak Djokovic is through to the fourth round of the Rome Masters tournament after defeating Bulgarian Grigor Dimitrov 6-3, 4-6, 6-1 on Sunday.
Reigning champion Djokovic, who won after two hours and 20 minutes of play, is now 11-1 head-to-head against Dimitrov.

Romanian - German pair Horia Tecau/Kevin Krawietz qualified for the second round of the US Open men's doubles, the last Grand Slam of the year, after having defeated Marton Fucsovics (Hungary)/Stefano Travaglia (Italy), 6-3, 6-2, in New York on Thursday. The sixth seeded couple, Tecau and Krawietz, played an exact game, without major errors, winning in just 51 minutes.
