Personal Data Protection Authority: €40,000 fine to New Democracy over email leaks by Anna Michelle Asimakopoulou
The Personal Data Protection Authority has imposed fines of €10,000 and €30,000 on New Democracy (ND) following its investigation into the email leak involving former ND MEP Anna Michelle Asimakopoulou. While the Authority concluded that ND was not directly involved in the leak, it penalized the party for failing to take adequate measures to protect personal data.

Provisional voter turnout stands at 31.52%
A total of 31.52 percent of registered voters have participated in Greece's legislative elections so far, according to Michalis Stavrianoudakis, the Interior Ministry's general secretary.
This figure is based on the data received from judicial representatives at 16,520 polling stations, which accounts for 77 percent of the total polling stations across the country.
