Srebrenica Votes Recounted as Bosniaks Seek Annulment
As a vote recount for the disputed mayoralty of Srebrenica began on Monday in Sarajevo, the Bosniak-led Party of Democratic Action, SDA called for a complete annulment of the local polls in the wartime flashpoint town.

BELGRADE - With almost 90 percent of votes counted, it is clear that the new mayor of Srebrenica will be Mladen Grujicic, RFE/RL reports.
As of October 7, his lead looked unassailable, with 3,957 votes against 1,645 cast for his opponent, Camil Durakovic. Durakovic was relying on the Bosniak expatriate vote, but even that will not be enough.
