Saudi Arabia's Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman was in the United Arab Emirates on Nov. 23, on his first tour abroad since the killing of Saudi writer Jamal Khashoggi at the kingdom's consulate in Istanbul.

Continuing his break with the U.S. intelligence community, U.S. President Donald Trump on Thursday dismissed as "feelings" the CIA's assessment that Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman had ordered a journalist killed last month at the Saudi Consulate in Istanbul.

The Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) is in possession of a phone call recording of Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman in which he is heard giving an instruction to "silence Jamal Khashoggi as soon as possible," Hürriyet columnist Abdulkadir Selvi wrote on Nov. 22.

Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi was forced by his would-be killers to send a message to his son who was held in the kingdom by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, Hürriyet columnist Abdulkadir Selvi wrote on Nov. 19 citing latest findings in the Turkish investigation into the murder.
