Turkey detains former HDP party officials for PKK links

Turkish authorities have detained some 46 people, including former local officials from People's Democratic Party (HDP), who are suspected of having links to PKK terrorist group, in part of the Kobani investigation, local news agencies reported yesterday.

The detained are among 91 suspects sought by a chief prosecutor for allegedly "providing financial resources on behalf" of PKK.

PKK to withdraw from Sinjar, senior PKK figure says

A senior figure from the outlawed Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) has said the group will withdraw its forces from the Sinjar district near Mosul in northern Iraq. 

Murat Karayılan, a senior PKK figure, said the group is currently in negotiations with the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) over the issue, Rudaw reported.

68 PKK militants and PYD head Saleh Moslim indicted for deadly Ankara bombing

Prosecutors on Nov. 30 sought life sentences for 68 suspects, including senior leaders of the outlawed Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) and Salih Moslim, the head of the Syrian Kurdish Democratic Union Party (PYD), linked to the bomb attack on a military bus in Ankara earlier this year that killed 29.    
  

Turkey to demand red notice on PYD leader Muslim 

Turkey is set to demand a red notice for Syrian Kurdish Democratic Union Party (PYD) co-head Salih Muslim, CNN Türk has reported, a day after an arrest warrant was issued for him over a February bomb attack in Ankara.

The Justice Ministry is preparing to apply to the Interpol General Secretary for the red notice on Muslim.

An Ankara court issued an arrest warrant on Nov. 22 for Syrian Kurdish Democratic Union Party (PYD) co-head Salih Muslim as well as senior outlawed Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) militants over a bomb attack targeting military shuttles in Ankara in February, state-run Anadolu Agency has reported.
