World condemns attack, voice solidarity
Leaders from around the world condemned a terror attack at an Istanbul nightclub early on Jan. 1 that killed at least 39 people and injured 69 others.
Russian President Vladimir Putin expressed his condolences to his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, the Kremlin said in a statement.

World condemns bomb attack in Turkey's Kayseri
World leaders and other members of the international community have expressed their condolences and condemnation following the Dec. 17 car bomb attack in the Central Anatolian province of Kayseri which killed 14 soldiers and wounded 56 others.
The United States condemned the "cowardly attack," showing solidarity with the country against terror.

Attack on mourners in Yemen kills more than 140, say local health officials
Saudi-led warplanes struck a funeral at a community hall in the Yemeni capital Sanaa, the country's Houthi-run administration said on Oct. 8, but the coalition denied any role in the attack.
More than 140 mourners were killed, according to local health officials cited by the United Nations, in an attack that prompted a strong rebuke from Washington, a key Saudi ally.
