Serbian Govt Falls Short on Reform Pledges
Research conducted by BIRN Serbia shows that out of 29 promises that Serbian government pledged to meet while taking office, only two have been completely fulfilled.
The government adopted a new Labour Law in July and has introduced stricter control over public procurements.

TS proposes amendments to media bill
BELGRADE - Transparency Serbia (TS) proposed amendments to the bill on public information and media intended to provide better insight into media funding sources, and urged Serbian MPs to take these suggestions into consideration.
The amendments to 12 articles of the bill that entered the parliamentary procedure on Wednesday mainly focus on corruption issues.

Serbian Progressives Outspend Rivals on TV Campaign
Serbia's ruling Progressive Party spent 4.5 million euro on TV campaign ahead of general elections and the local elections in Belgrade held on March 16.
This is according to the latest Transparency Serbia report on the election campaign in the country.
Parties spend over RSD 2 billion on elections
BELGRADE - Parties reported that they spend over RSD 2 billion on the 2014 parliamentary elections and more than 40 percent of the sum (RSD 942 million) was claimed by the Serbian Progressive Party (SNS) which won the majority support of the voters, Transparency Serbia released on Friday.
