Bulgaria: New Earthquake near Plovdiv
Around 3:15 p.m., a new earthquake was registered in Plovdiv.
Its magnitude is 3.4 on the Richter scale, the depth is 8.4 km and the epicenter is again near Asenovgrad. The data is from the National Institute of Geophysics, Geodesy and Geography at the Bulgarian Academy of Science.

Bulgarian Geophysics Institute: After the Quake near Bansko, some 10 Micro Earthquakes were Registered
Sofia. After the earthquake in the area of Bansko yesterday, there were about 10 micro earthquakes, which nobody felt, Prof. Nikolay Miloshev, Director of the National Institute of Geophysics, Geodesy and Geography, said in an interview with Focus News Agency with regard to the earthquakes registered in Bulgaria yesterday and today.
Long Series of Aftershocks Registered in Aegean Sea
Almost 30 aftershocks have been registered in the northern part of the Aegean Sea after the powerful earthquake which rattled parts of Bulgaria, Greece and Turkey, Saturday.
Most of these were of magnitude 2.5-3.0 on the Richter scale, however some have reached a magnitude of 4.0. The aftershocks occur every 5-10 minutes.
