The Serbian member of Bosnia's tripartite presidency, Mladen Ivanic, who comes from the Bosnian Serb opposition bloc, has dismissed reports that the bloc could break up following the defeat in recent local elections.

A post on social networks under the alias of Boris Dodik, allegedly from Germany - which offered 100,000 euro for the life of the Bosnian Serb leader Milorad Dodik - has triggered fresh debate about security threats in Bosnia.

The Serb Democratic Party, SDS, chose Bosic to lead the party for another four years at its party congress on Sunday in Banja Luka.
