PAOK has become the first team in 55 years to win the Greek league unbeaten, after it beat PAS Giannina on Sunday to send it down. OFI won at Atromitos and lives to fight another day, in the home-and-away survival playoffs.
PAOK one win away from the Super League title
PAOK is just a win away from clinching its first league title in 34 years, after beating Lamia at home on Sunday, while Olympiakos thrashed Panetolikos away.
With 24 wins and three draws from 27 games, PAOK is close to winning the championship unbeaten, a feat unseen since 1964 in the Greek league.

Toothless Olympiakos succumbs to Dynamo at Kiev
The European dream has ended for Olympiakos, as the 2-2 home draw last week was followed by a 1-0 loss at Dynamo Kiev on Thursday. The Ukrainians proved more effective in attack over the two legs, taking most of the few chances they created, and advanced on a 3-2 aggregate score to the last 16 of the Europa League.

Easy win for Olympiakos, as Panathinaikos beats Atromitos
Olympiakos built on the self-confidence its triumph over AC Milan on Thursday has given it, and thrashed Lamia at home on Sunday to rise to second in the Super League, leapfrogging Atromitos who succumbed to host Panathinaikos.
Super League favorites double up their wins
AEK, PAOK, Olympiakos, Panathinaikos and Aris doubled up their wins at the second round of Super League games over the weekend.
Champion AEK had a hard time beating Asteras at Tripoli on Saturday, winning 1-0 thanks to a Petros Mantalos first-half penalty kick.

Livaja shines at Livadia too
AEK remained ahead of challengers Olympiakos and PAOK at the Super League race with its successful trip to Livadia on Sunday, while Panionios conquered Panathinaikos's castle.
Marko Livaja and Sergio Araujo scored in the second half to give AEK a 2-0 win at Levadiakos to take AEK to 27 points from 13 games.

Olympiakos lends Elabdellaoui to Marco Silva's Hull City
Norway defender Omar Elabdellaoui is rejoining his former club boss Marco Silva at Premier League struggler Hull City on loan from Olympiakos Piraeus.
The Greek side, who was managed by Silva until June last year, confirmed the move on its website on Friday.
Hull is 18th in the Premier League and level on points with 17th-placed Crystal Palace.
Irakllis holds Panathinaikos in Greek Cup
The midweek's first round of games for the Greek Cup's group stage produced little excitement and hardly any surprises, with the exception of Iraklis holding Panathinaikos to a goalless draw in Athens on Thursday.

PAOK comes from behind to keep two-point lead

PAOK retained its two-point lead over Olympiakos at the top of the Super League ahead of the two teams first clash this season on Wednesday, although Panthrakikos gave the Thessaloniki team a real scare on Sunday.
