Bulgarian President Rosen Plevneliev will be on a two-day official visit to Portugal at the invitation of his Portuguese counterpart Anibal Cavaco Silva on Monday and Tuesday.
New Democracy opposes to the draft document on refugee issue
Main opposition New Democracy leader Vangelis Meimarakis opposed to the draft prepared on the refugee issue which criticizes Greece while attending the meeting of the European People’s Party group (EPP) which focus on migration and the formulation of a common asylum policy.
Mr. Meimarakis asked to remove the points where Greece is being criticized.

Portugal's ruling centre-right coalition won a general election Oct.4 seen as a referendum on its austerity policies, although it may not hold onto its absolute majority in parliament, near-complete results showed.

The ruling centre-right coalition, composed of the Social Democratic Party (PSD) and the People's Party (CDS-PP), won the general elections held in Portugal on Sunday.
With almost all votes counted, the centre-right coalition leads with 37 % of the votes, followed by the Socialists with 32 %.
