Eight years after shutting down, the open-air Cinema Stella has finally reopened its doors to film lovers. Stella is the third old Athens movie theater to have been renovated by Greek distribution company Weird Wave, after the downtown Astor and Andora cinemas.

Pera Film's new program "Tales of Tails: Dogs on Screen" brings together stories of dogs from all around the world as part of the Suna and İnan Kıraç Foundation Istanbul Research Institute's exhibition "The Four-Legged Municipality: Street Dogs of Istanbul" between Feb. 10 and 28.
