Footage has emerged showing European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker having to be supported by Nato leaders after repeatedly stumbling.

Mr Juncker, 63, was filmed by news agency AP struggling to keep his balance before a gala dinner in Brussels, Belgium.

This is not the first time he has been filmed unsteady on his feet.

Almost 208 days after the election, four parties reached an agreement to form the new government of the Netherlands, Deutsche Welle reports.

It will include the People's Party for Freedom and Democracy (NPSP) of Prime Minister Mark Ruthe, Christian Democratic Appeal, Democrats 66, and Christian Union.

Exit polls have shown that Mr Rutte’s VVD party will win 31 of 150 seats in today’s parliamentary election, compared to 19 seats for 3 other parties, including that of Mr Wilders. Weeks or months of coalition talks are expected to follow.
The exit poll was conducted at 43 of the 9,300 polling stations across the country. It had a margin of error of two percentage points.
