The speed is limited to 30 km/h in the space between Alabin str., Hristo Botev boulevards, Vasil Levski, Tsar Osvoboditel and Lege Str.

Oak tree aged 1,023 - oldest in Balkans
BELA PALANKA - The village of Divljana near Bela Palanka, southeastern Serbia, is a home to perhaps the oldest living creature in the Balkans - an oak tree which, according to the Tourist Organization of Bela Palanka, is 1,023 years old.
The oak was planted by the subjects of Macedonian Tsar Samuil (958-1014).

Victims of Explosion at Kostenets Military Factory Improving
The severely injured victim of the blasts in the military factory in Bulgaria's town of Kostenets is out of a coma, Nova TV reported.
The 42-year-old employee of TEREM - Tsar Samuil military factory was one of the four blast victims who were hospitalized in Sveta Anna in Sofia. The other three TEREM workers suffered less serious injuries and their condition is improving.
