Hamilton edges Rosberg to win in Australia
Lewis Hamilton fought off teammate Nico Rosberg to give Mercedes a dominant victory in the season-opening Australian grand prix in Melbourne on March 15.
Reigning world champion Hamilton held the upper hand with his faster Mercedes car to beat last year's race winner Rosberg by 1.3 seconds.

WARSAW - Formula 1 world champion Lewis Hamilton of Great Britain has been voted Europe's best athlete for 2014 in a traditional poll conducted by the Polish news agency PAP among journalists from 18 European news agencies, including Tanjug.
Vettel wants to emulate Schumacher at Ferrari
Sebastian Vettel admitted he hopes to emulate his "greatest idol" and fellow German Michael Schumacher after being announced as a Ferrari driver for next season on Nov. 20.
Ferrari confirmed that the four-time world champion will join up with Kimi Raikkonen at the Italian Formula One giants on a three-year deal from 2015.
