The Public Employment Service (DYPA) on Friday launched the process of submitting business participation applications for a vocational rehabilitation program for 25,000 young people aged up to 29, who are out of education, employment and training.

A program launched a year ago providing subsidies to companies to hire former drug addicts, ex-convicts, victims of gender-based violence and human trafficking, and others to assist them in re-entering the labor market has reportedly been crowned with success.

Starting on Monday, applications for low-interest housing loans for young people will be accepted.

This year the number of social tourism voucher recipients will be more than twice as high as last year in a program that will cost the Manpower Organization (OAED) three times the state's contribution in 2019, allowing employed and unemployed Greeks alike to enjoy low-cost holidays.
