An Istanbul Court has ordered the release of a suspect in an arson attack on the Müjdat Gezen Arts and Culture Center in Istanbul's Kadıköy district, state-run Anadolu Agency has reported.

The suspect was detained again on Feb. 23 hours after he was released on condition of judicial control.

Police identified a 39-year-old shuttle bus driver, Mehmet Ali, from video footage of the attack and raided his address in the Sancaktepe district of Istanbul.
