Galatasaray, Beşiktaş draw behind closed doors
Playing in an empty stadium, Galatasaray was held to a goalless draw by Beşiktaş in the Turkish Süper Lig amid calls for the league to be suspended due to the global pandemic coronavirus.
With the result, Galatasaray extended its unbeaten streak to 10 matches as the defending champion's last league defeat was a 2-1 loss at Göztepe in Week 16.

Fenerbahçe parts ways with coach Yanal after dismal run
Fenerbahçe said late on March 1 it had parted ways with coach Ersun Yanal by mutual agreement following a string of poor results.
Trabzonspor player sent off after showing referee the red card
Trabzonspor player Salih Dursun was sent off after showing the referee the red card during an argument over a penalty decision on Feb. 21 in a Spor Toto Super League game against Galatasaray.
Dursun seized his opportunity after teammate Luis Cavanda had been dismissed in the final minute of the game for bringing down striker Umut Bulut inside the penalty box.
Yanal’s Trabzon faces first test at Galatasaray
Galatasaray is set to ask difficult questions to former national coach Ersun Yanal, who clinched the league title with Fenerbahçe last year, before returning to the Black Sea team this year New Trabzonspor coach Ersun Yanal will face his first test this weekend when the Black Sea side visits Galatasaray for a Spor Toto Super League match.

Karabük in Norway for Euro qualification
