Bulgaria Halts Public Tender for Construction of Tunnel on Struma Motorway
The Bulgarian authorities halted the public tender for construction of tunnel Zheleznitsa on Struma motorway.
The tunnel is part of the 17-kilometre section of the motorway between Blagoevgrad and Krupnik.
The tunnel is two kilometers in length, with the estimated cost being BGN 250 M, but this also includes the construction of a 2.46-kilometre road and other facilities.

Bulgarian PM Cancels Three Public Tenders Worth BGN 170 M
Bulgarian Prime Minister Boyko Borisov ordered on Thursday the cancellation of another set of public procurement tenders worth BGN 170 M.
Two of the public procurement procedures were launched by the municipality of Varna and the other one by Burgas.
Borisov has already held talks with the mayors of Varna and Burgas, Ivan Portnih and Dimitar Nikolov, Darik radio informs.
Bulgarian Government Cancels Public Tenders Worth Over BGN 600 M
The Bulgarian government has cancelled public procurement procedures worth more than BGN 600 M.
This was announced by Bulgarian Finance Minister Vladislav Goranov on Wednesday, BGNES news agency informs.
