Easy win for the Reds as the Greens suffer abroad again
Olympiakos produced an emphatic win over Buducnost Podgorica in Piraeus on Friday, a few hours after Panathinaikos succumbed once again on the road, this time at Khimki.
The Reds scored their sixth win in 10 games beating Buducnost by 22 (92-70), i.e. the team that last week had ended the unbeaten run of CSKA Moscow.
Reds triumph away in Game 1 of the Basket League finals
Olympiakos snatched home advantage in the finals of the Basket League with an imposing performance at the Olympic Sports Hals on Sunday, beating Panathinaikos 75-65 in Game 1 of the best-of-five series.
Rivers drowns Milano as Reds sink at Bamberg
Olympiakos has dropped from the Euroleague summit after its loss at Brose Bamberg, while Panathinaikos overcame the strong challenge of Armani Milano in Athens.
Four days after its bruising loss at AEK for the league, Olympiakos suffered another bad defeat, this time at Bamberg with a 67-65 score on Thursday. It is now on a 9-3 record in the competition.

Another week, another Greek sweep in Euroleague
Olympiakos and Panathinaikos extended their winning streak further this week to remain at the top four of the Euroleague table, as the Reds are joint top with CSKA Moscow and the Greens in fourth.
On Thursday Olympiakos defeated host Valencia 72-64 in Spain for its eighth win in 10 games.

Reds down Baskonia, Greens crumble at Barca
Olympiakos beat its Spanish opposition in Greece while Panathinaikos succumbed to its Spanish host as the new Euroleague got underway this week.
A stadium ban sent Olympiakos to Crete for its first home game and the Reds filled the stands of the Dyo Aorakia court in Iraklio in their 75-64 victory over Baskonia on Thursday.

Aris beats PAOK in Cup's Thessaloniki derby
Panathinaikos, Olympiakos, AEK and Aris make up the line-up of the semifinals of the Greek Cup in basketball following the quarterfinals that took place on Wednesday.
Holder Panathinaikos appeared ready for the season's first main challenge, the league derby at Olympiakos on Sunday behind closed doors, thrashing host Kolossos on Rhodes with an 84-54 score.

PAO defeat Olympiakos (66-51) to win title
In a match marred by the temporary interruption 1.56′ before the end when a flare struck the visitors bench, Panathinaikos defeated Olympiakos (66-51) and are celebrating their 35th league title. Panathinaikos won the best of five series after breaking the home advantage in the fifth and final game. The greens dominated in the second and third quarter building a 20-point lead.

Calathes shakes off fever to lead Green hoopsters to triumph
Panathinaikos produced an emphatic performance on Thursday and made the most of Olympiakos's numerous turnovers to win Game 4 of the final series and force a fifth game on Sunday in Piraeus to determine the new champion of the Basket League.
Greens win despite Green's 21 points
Panathinaikos had Yiannis Bouroussis and Nikos Pappas on fire and beat Olympiakos 84-80 in Game 2 of the Basket League finals on Thursday to level the best-of-five series at 1-1.
