Belarus Fortifies Border Amid Claims of Ukrainian Aggression
Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko has again accused Ukraine of engaging in provocations using drones and announced the ongoing fortification of the Belarusian-Ukrainian border.
Belarus Joins Russia in Tactical Nuclear Weapon Exercises
Belarus announced today that its military is participating in the second phase of Russian exercises scheduled by President Vladimir Putin to practice the deployment of tactical nuclear weapons, Reuters reported.
A major attack from Belarus coming?
It said senior Kremlin officials continue to hold high-level meetings with the Belarusian leadership.
By doing so, they could create the conditions for a major Russian attack on Ukraine from Belarus, but that, they add, is unlikely to happen in the coming weeks.

EU Council of Foreign Ministers Agrees New Sanctions on Lukashenko
EU foreign ministers have resolved to impose their toughest punitive measures yet on Belarus, a package of economic sanctions targeting sectors that benefit the government of President Alexander Lukashenko.
EU Foreign policy top representative, Josep Borrell, announced the decision following a Monday meeting in Luxembourg, and said he believed they would "put pressure" on Lukashenko.
