Turkish, Iranian top diplomats talk over Soleimani's killing

The Turkish and Iranian foreign ministers spoke over the phone on Jan. 4, state-run Anadolu Agency reported.

Turkey's Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu and his Iranian counterpart Javad Zarif discussed the killing of senior Iranian general Qasem Soleimani in a U.S. airstrike in Baghdad, the sources said on condition of anonymity.

Greek PM to attend Belt & Road Forum

Chinese President Xi Jinping will deliver a keynote speech at the second Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation (BRF) to be held from April 25 to 27 in Beijing, State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi announced on Friday.
Leaders including heads of state and government from 37 countries will attend the forum's round-table summit, Wang told a press briefing.

Cyprus, China foreign ministers discuss UNFICYP and Cyprus problem

Cyprus Foreign Minister Nikos Christodoulides met on Wednesday with State Councilor and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of China, Wang Yi, in Larnaca, with the two men discussing, among others, the Cyprus problem, the renewal of the mandate of the UN peacekeeping force in Cyprus (UNFICYP) and bilateral relations.
