Montenegro Debt Level Hits New Record
The state debt of Montenegro at the end of the first quarter of 2015 reached 2.44 billion euros, almost 69 percent of gross domestic product, GPD, according to data from the Ministry of Finance. The debt has risen by almost 500 million euros, or 25 per cent, in one year.

Montenegro Gets New Opposition Force in Parliament
Montenegro's newest party, the Civic Movement, presented its leadership and program on Monday, describing itself as a pro-Western force that aims to "work hard to create a fair and balanced society".
The Civic Movement says will strive for three fundamental objectives - a civil state, a democratic change of government and Euro-Atlantic values.

Montenegro PM's Foes Complain to US Vice President
In an open letter sent to US Vice President Joseph Biden on Tuesday, timed to coincide with his expected meeting with Djuknovic on April 8, the signatories of the letter told Biden that Milo Djukanovic represents "the antithesis of democracy, rule of law and the fundamental values of Western civilization.
