Police reported that the man with the initials M.B. activated a hand-grenade at the entrance of the Basic Court building.
Police are still investigating why he activated the hand-grenade. Media reported that he had been arrested for attacking police officers and drug trafficking.

The Special Prosecutor's Office for Organized Crime in Montenegro ordered the arrest of the former president of the state union of Serbia and Montenegro Svetozar Marovic on Thursday.
Marovic, who chairs the political council of the ruling Democratic Party of Socialists, DPS, was arrested in connection to corruption cases centred on the resort of Budva.
Montenegro Lawyers Face Penalties for Abusing Serbian Strike
The head of the Montenegrin Bar Association, Zdravko Begovic, said action will be taken against any Montenegrin attorneys taking advantage of the strike by Serbian lawyers to represent suspects before courts in Belgrade.
