An Electronic Labor Exchange Platform Will Start Operating on the European Labor Day

The European Labor Day will be celebrated in Bulgaria with an electronic labor exchange in Sofia, organized by the Employment Agency. It will be opened by Zornitsa Rusinova, Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Policy.

Without the need for on-site presence, the online job market will enable jobseekers and employers across Europe to communicate for free.

1000 Cases of Violence Against Children are Registered in Bulgaria Only for this Year

About 1,000 cases of child abuse are registered in 2019 by the Agency for Social Assistance. Most cases were registered in Sofia, Montana, Varna, Veliko Tarnovo. This was reported today by Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Policy Zornitsa Rusinova to the delegates of the two-day regional conference aimed at preventing and dealing with violence against children, the social ministry said.

A major problem for young people in Northwestern Bulgaria is the disconnected relationship between teacher, student and parent. This shows a project under the Erasmus Plus program of the Youth Voice Association, writes the Bulgarian National Television.

At an event marking the launch of a new employment bureau in Bulgaria's capital Sofia, Rusinova has added the figure goes hand in hand with a decrease in the share of jobless people registered "for the first time" in 11 years.
