Authorities Warn against Travelling to Varna's Asparuhovo
Raging waters have taken away entire roads, plumbing and electric cables in Asparuhovo district in the Black Sea city of Varna, Petar Garbuzov from Varna Municipality announced.
He advised people to avoid traveling to the district without "a serious motive" to do so.

Central and Southeastern Bulgaria are expected to see river levels rising over the next 24 hours, hydrologists have warned.
Though rivers flowing into the Danube or the Black Sea are mostly expected to go up, the whole Bulgarian territory will be affected, private channel bTV reports citing forecasts.
Death Toll in Varna Climbs to 10, More Victims Feared
Ten people, including a child, are confirmed dead in Bulgaria's Black Sea city of Varna, the head of the regional police Nikolai Kalchev told bTV national channel.
As previously reported, on Thursday afternoon the city was hit by severe rains and thunderstorms, which caused floods, death and damages. The district of Asparuhovo was hit by a flash flood from the ridge above the area.

Heavy rains in Bulgaria's Black Sea city of Varna on Thursday afternoon flooded parts of town, 1 child was found dead and 4 people are reported missing, reports Moreto.net.
According to initial report, the child either drowned, or was killed by a lightning.
