Nikola Koprivica, alias Nidza, pleaded not guilty at the Bosnian state court on Tuesday to the charge that he committed a crime against humanity in the village of Novoseoci in September 1992.

"I didn't do it, nor was I there at all," the defendant told the plea hearing.

The Bosnian state prosecution on Friday charged nine people with involvement in a deadly attack on Novoseoci, a village in the Sokolac municipality, on September 21-22, 1992, when 45 Bosniak civilians were killed.

A 'red notice' has been posted on Interpol's online wanted list calling on countries worldwide to arrest Milojko Kovacevic, who is accused of the forcibly removing, torturing, abusing and beating Bosniak civilians from the village of Donje Veletovo in the Visegrad area of eastern Bosnia in June 1992.
