A 20-year-old man was charged on March 15 with first-degree assault in last week's shooting of two policemen during a protest rally in Ferguson, Missouri, a crime that shocked a city that has been devastated by months of racial strife.
   

Missouri police forces are on the trail of the gunman who opened fire during a protest outside Police HQ in Ferguson, wounding two police officers. St. Louis County police spokesman John Bellmar stated that the caliber or type of weapon used has not yet been clarified or whether the gunman was aiming against police. He has not clarified on whether Police are close to making an arrest soon.
