Rockets from Syria hit Turkish border city
A rocket fired from Syria hit the garden of a gendarmerie dormitory in Turkey's Kilis on March 12 as another hit a spot near a court building in the southeastern border province, Anadolu Agency has reported.
The rocket that fell to the garden did not explode but caused damage on a building.
Security forces launched inspections and took measures at the scene.

67 PKK militants killed in Turkish air strikes in northern Iraq
Some 67 outlawed Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) militants were killed in Turkish airstrikes in northern Iraq, Anadolu Agency quoted a military source as saying.

A street vendor has sparked outrage in Turkey after security footage emerged showing him picking up and throwing to the ground a Syrian toddler in a historic bazaar in the western city of ?zmir.
The video shows the man hurling the toddler to the ground, causing his head to smash against the ground.

Soldier succumbs to wounds after PKK attack in southeastern Turkey
A Turkish soldier succumbed to his wounds on March 10 after sustaining injuries in an outlawed Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) attack in southeastern Diyarbak?r's Sur district last month.
The soldier was wounded in an armed attack by PKK militants during an anti-terror operation in Sur on Feb. 18. He was being treated at the Gülhane Military Academy (GATA) in Ankara when he died.
Number of cars in Turkey exceeds 20 million
The number of vehicles registered on the roads in Turkey surpassed 20 million in January 2015, according to data revealed by the official Turkish Statistics Institute (TÜIK) on March 10.
A total of 110,000 vehicles were registered in January, including both old and new models, TÜ?K data showed.
