President, MHP leader reach 'full agreement' on key issues

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan has reportedly said he reached a "full agreement" with Nationalist Movement Party (MHP) leader Devlet Bahçeli on a range of issues during their meeting held on Nov. 14.

Erdoğan and Bahçeli, partners in the ruling alliance, discussed a variety of topics, including domestic and foreign policy as well as the economy, media reports said.

Erdoğan calls for expanded dialogue in Turkish politics

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan has called for broader dialogue and compromise in national politics, urging a more unified approach.

"We want to see a different style and discourse in politics," Erdoğan told his ruling Justice and Development Party (AKP) members in parliament on Oct. 9.

Amid a backdrop of regional conflict, Erdoğan noted the importance of cooperation.

İYİ Party elects Müsavat Dervişoğlu as new chairman

The İYİ (Good) Party has elected Müsavat Dervişoğlu as its new chairman during a party congress held in the wake of recent electoral setback.

Dervişoğlu, who serves as the party's deputy parliamentary leader and represents İzmir in the parliament, emerged victorious in the leadership election with 611 votes.

Bahçeli invites İYİ Party to ally in upcoming local elections

Devlet Bahçeli, the leader of the Nationalist Movement Party (MHP), a part of the ruling People's Alliance, has extended an invitation to the İYİ (Good) Party for collaboration in the upcoming year's municipal elections.

The İYİ Party was founded by defectors from the MHP, expressing their dissent over Bahçeli's cooperation with the ruling Justice and Development Party (AKP).
