Interior Minister Ali Yerlikaya announced that 10 people wanted by six countries with Interpol red bulletins have been arrested in Istanbul in scope of the "CAGE-30" Operation.

Turkish authorities have captured three notorious leaders of foreign crime organizations in coordinated operations conducted in Istanbul and the southern province of Antalya.

A foreign national wanted for sexual crimes was arrested by police at Thessaloniki's Makedonia airport during a routine passport control check. 

According to Interpol's database, the 51-year-old man was wanted for his involvement in prostitution in France between 2006 and 2008, and the crimes allegedly involved multiple offenders, accomplices, and victims.

The warrant was published in the local media and listed the perpetrators with their full names and dates of birth. It also listed their potential locations. For Juric, the court stated that his location was "unknown", although in the judgment itself, the judge stated that Juric lives and works in a neighbouring country.

"The founders of Nexo, Antoni Trenchev and Kosta Kanchev, do not appear on either the Interpol or Europol lists, as they have not been issued red notices and European arrest warrants." This is what the Nexo company said in a press release.

LYON/BELGRADE - The so-called Kosovo's Interpol membership bid has been taken off the agenda of the organisation's General Assembly, Tanjug learns.

The request had been included in the Interpol Executive Committee's first draft agenda for a General Assembly session in Vienna, but was subsequently omitted from the final version.

Interpol kicked off its annual meeting in Istanbul yesterday, to discuss security threats and crime trends as well as to hold a closely-watched election for the international police body's new leadership.

Iran has asked Interpol to help arrest a suspect in a sabotage attack on its Natanz nuclear facility which it blames on Israel, a local newspaper reported on April 18.

National television has published a photo and identified the man as 43-year-old Reza Karimi, saying the intelligence ministry had established his role in last week's "sabotage" at Natanz.

According to initial reports, the two men were remanded for questioning by officers on motorcycle patrol when they were seen acting "suspiciously."
