Türkiye issues new ambassador appointments
President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan signed an appointment decree for Türkiye's ambassadors. Nine ambassadors are withdrawn back to the headquarters, according to the Official Gazette published on Dec. 31.

3 Turks die from coronavirus in Netherlands
Three Turkish nationals with different ailments died in the Netherlands from the coronavirus, state-run Anadolu Agency reported on March 20.
A man and two woman, aged 82, 70 and 66, respectively, lost their lives due to the novel coronavirus, Turkey's ambassador at the Hague, Şaban Dişli, told Anadolu Agency.

Deputy Şaban Dişli appointed chief advisor to AKP headquarters
Ruling Justice and Development Party (AKP) lawmaker Şaban Dişli, a member of the party's Central Decision and Executive Board, has been assigned as a chief adviser to the AKP headquarters.

He is also the brother of ruling Justice and Development Party (AKP) deputy chair Şaban Dişli.
