The Turkish-made Hürjet training aircraft performed a demonstration flight over the pyramids of Egypt on Sept. 4.
The nearly 10-minute display was part of Türkiye's effort to highlight its aerospace products at the Egypt International Airshow.

Erdoğan welcomes visiting Egyptian counterpart
Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi visited Ankara on Sept. 4 for a landmark meeting with Turkish leader Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, marking a significant step toward mending ties.
Erdoğan personally welcomed al-Sisi at Esenboğa Airport in the capital Ankara, and the two leaders traveled together to the presidential complex.

Egypt’s el-Sisi to visit Ankara on September 4, reports indicate
News reports state that Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi will visit Turkey on September 4 and meet with his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan, which is seen as another sign of Ankara's rapprochement with Cairo.
However, Turkey's reconciliation with Egypt is also of concern to Athens.
Blinken Communicates with Fidan About Gaza Ceasefire

As announced by the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs spokesperson, Oncu Keçeli, the two ministers discussed the ongoing ceasefire negotiations in Gaza.
According to the Turkish representative, the call was made at the request of the American side.
Hamas says Biden remarks 'green light' for Israel to continue war
Hamas on Tuesday condemned U.S. President Joe Biden's assertion that the group was withdrawing from a Gaza truce agreement , labeling his comments as a "green light" for Israel to continue its military actions.
The Palestinian militant organization stated that Biden's "misleading claims... do not reflect the true position of the movement, which is keen to reach a ceasefire" deal.
