Acropoleis in Greece

The Erechtheion, the 5th-century BC temple situated at the north side of the Acropolis, is about to be revamped with a new floor that will enable visitors to access its interior, authorities said on Friday.

Greek police said two Russians, both aged 23, were arrested on Sunday for scaling a wall on the Acropolis and damaging it while doing acrobatics.

The Tourism Ministry has sent a team of inspectors from the Greek National Tourism Organization (GNTO) to the island of Rhodes in the Dodecanese to investigate claims that a large number of tourists suffered food poisoning at a luxury hotel at the popular resort of Lindos, Skai reported on Thursday.
