Arab states boycotting Qatar said on July 30 they would make no compromises in their demand that Doha change its policies, as a crisis that has split the Gulf approaches its third month.

Arab states that have cut ties with Qatar have vowed to maintain their boycott of the emirate, criticizing its "negative" response to their list of demands to end the diplomatic crisis.

Qatar appealed for "dialogue" to resolve the row while U.S. President Donald Trump spoke to Egyptian counterpart Abdel Fattah al-Sisi to urge all parties "to negotiate constructively."

Iran's Revolutionary Guards have accused Saudi Arabia of masterminding the deadly attacks in Tehran on Wednesday, a claim which Riyadh has denied. Islamic State previously claimed responsibility for the attacks which killed at least 12 people.

The powerful Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps of Iran accused Saudi Arabia of being behind the twin-attack against the country’s parliament and the Mausoleum of Ayatollah Khomeini in Tehran, Wednesday, which killed 12 people and injured several.

Saudi Foreign Minister Adel al-Jubeir said on June 7 that Gulf states could resolve a row with Qatar amongst themselves without outside help.

"We have not asked for mediation, we believe this issue can be dealt with among the states of the Gulf Cooperation Council," he told a news conference with his German counterpart in Berlin broadcast on Saudi state television.

Saudi Arabia is having "serious discussions" with the New York Stock Exchange about having the NYSE as one of the exchanges for state oil giant Saudi Aramco's IPO, the Saudi foreign minister told Fox News on March 23.

President of the Turkish Republic Recep Tayyip Erdogan arrived in Riyadh on Monday, on an official visit to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

At King Khalid International Airport, he was received by King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.

Turkey and Saudi Arabia will hold the first session of a bilateral coordination council meeting between Feb. 7 and 8, the Turkish Foreign Ministry said in a written statement on Feb. 6. 

Saudi Foreign Minister Adel al-Jubeir said on Sept. 9 that his country supports Turkey's Operation Euphrates Shield in northern Syria.

Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavu?o?lu and U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry exchanged their views over the violence in the northern Syrian city of Aleppo, as the latter held urgent talks in Geneva in a bid to bolster a fragile, partial cease-fire in Syria.
